CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to make any changes to your booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 40% service charge, which will be automatically charged to the card on file. No-shows or same-day cancellations are also subject to this fee. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize the charge in the event of a late cancellation.
